Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Practice Representative to support front-desk and patient access operations in a busy multispecialty outpatient practice in Lexington, MA. You will welcome patients, manage check-in/out, and coordinate follow-up appointments.
The role emphasizes courteous patient interactions, accuracy in data entry, and collaboration with care teams. 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with on-site parking provided.

Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors in an outpatient unit and provides excellent customer service through clear communication. Reports to the manager with input from assigned physicians, nurses and other health care providers.

You will join an established and supportive front-desk team where employees work together to keep patient visits running smoothly. The Lexington practice supports approximately 26 departments and 50 rotating providers, offering exposure to a wide range of outpatient specialties. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, wants to build relationships with returning patients, and is interested in learning more about healthcare operations. Free on-site parking is available.
One year experience in a healthcare or service/hospitality environment.
Pay Range: $20.50 - $27.59 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
