Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Check patients in and verify demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect co-payments and direct patients to the appropriate service area.
  • Complete patient check-out and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Coordinate related diagnostic and laboratory testing.
  • Schedule specialty services and tests as needed.
  • Reschedule appointments and help address patient flow concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient information and prepare required documents.

Job Description:ScheduleFull-time, 30 hours per weekMonday through Friday8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.About the RoleJoin a busy multispecialty outpatient practice as a Practice Representative supporting front-desk and patient access operations.You will welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out, coordinate follow-up appointments, and help patients navigate care across a variety of specialties. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
