Overview

Location: Lisle - General Surgery Clinic

Position Highlights:

• Full Time/40 Hours
• Hours: Monday - Friday, varying between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, manage nursing staff schedules, delegate tasks, monitor overtime, approve time off, train new staff, assist in employee evaluations, coordinate staff meetings, delegate nursing tasks, manage inventory and supplies, monitor budgets, ensure policy compliance, liaise with doctors and patients, maintain confidentiality, ensure OSHA/Safety compliance, and meet regularly with the office manager.

Qualifications

• CPR Certified
• At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting
• Supervisory experience preferred

The salary range is $62,920-$94,380, based on skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and incentives.
