Position Purpose
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) oversees all operational activities for assigned practices, including P&L management, process improvement, and team engagement. The RDO acts as a critical link between individual practices and Heartland's overall operations, with the primary goal of enhancing the lives of veterinarians and ensuring supportive practices. The ideal candidate will be based in IL, WI, IA, or MN, and this is a full-time remote position.
