Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Practice Operations Specialist for the Rheumatology and Endocrinology service line. The role supports practice operations, monitors budgets and targets, and collaborates with management and physicians to achieve goals.

The position is hybrid, onsite 4 days per week with 1 day remote, involving rounds to rheumatology and endocrinology offices. Strong data analytics experience is preferred and related qualifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years professional office experience (preferably healthcare related). Masters in Health Administration or MBA may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• Accounting, Business, Management, Science or Health Administration concentration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets and practice targets.
• Evaluate and implement policies and procedures; manage projects.
• Provide interim managerial support in the absence of a Practice Administrator or Clinic Manager.
