Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or health care related field.
• 2+ years of relevant health care administration experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills.
• Knowledge of payor environment, billing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise the practice using a balanced scorecard approach.
• Schedule physicians and staff and manage leave requests.
• Recommend equipment and supplies and manage purchasing.
• Prepare and submit an annual budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations to enhance clinic image.
• Maintain efficient patient flow systems.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, visitors, physicians, employees and coworkers.
• Represent the facility to the business community and public.
• Plan and develop new programs; research opportunities and present to Director.
• Daily balancing, bank deposits and invoice processing.
• Conduct periodic audits of charts, policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, orient, develop, and evaluate staff.
