• Performs hiring, orientation, and evaluation of staff and administers corrective action if appropriate.
• Assists in career development of practice employees through coaching, counseling, and training.
• Ensures that all mandatory training is completed and HIPAA policies adhered to by staff.
• Evaluates and implements administrative systems to maximize practice operations and regularly analyzes performance metrics.
• Collaborates with practice leaders on the preparation of the practice's annual budgets.
• Oversees payroll and monitors patient billing activity for compliance with revenue procedures.
