Zusammenfassung

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Practice Manager (FGP) for Manhattan to provide administrative oversight of daily FGP and billing operations. You will supervise front desk, staff, project coordinator and biller, ensure timely billing and revenue maximization, and help implement new processes with the Clinical Divisional Administrator.

You will develop policies, monitor compliance, and lead training programs while coordinating with leadership to meet annual goals and reporting requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) with 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced multi-physician practice environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee revenue cycle process for physician billing.
• Supervise FGP Supervisor, Project Coordinator and Billing Coordinator.
• Develop dashboard to track indicators and conduct routine meetings with staff.
• Identify operational deficiencies and assist in implementing solutions.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes; participate on committees as requested.
