Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in physician billing or healthcare revenue cycle preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle, billing operations, and charge capture processes.
• Supervise FGP staff including supervisor, coordinator and billing staff.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training programs for the practice.
• Monitor government and third-party reimbursements and reporting.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and revenue maximization.
• Prepare and review monthly metrics and operational dashboards.
