Job summary

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is seeking a leader to manage daily operations of one or more medical practice sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and regulatory compliance. You will plan programs, allocate duties, and review medical records for billing alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), plus leadership experience and a background in operations or technical fields. Excellent communication and staff development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• One year's leadership experience: Preferred
• CPR/BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the operations of the assigned clinic(s); ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
• Communicates revenue management policies and systems to support billing and collections effectiveness.
• Uses performance reporting structures (scorecards, metrics) to monitor operations.
• Defines job responsibilities, qualifications, and performance expectations; recruits, trains and supervises staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
