• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

About the Role:

Operations Leadership

• Oversee all day-to-day practice operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient workflow.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Partner with leadership to execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Oversee the practice's social media presence, ensuring content aligns with Galt Dermatology's brand and mission.
• Coordinate community outreach events, partnerships, and patient engagement campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend new growth opportunities.
• Manage staff schedules, inventory, vendor relationships, and office resources.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, revenue goals, and operational metrics.
• Ability to read and breakdown the PNL (revenues, costs and expenses).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations.
