Duly Health and Care is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations across the practice, ensuring alignment with Duly policies and legal requirements. The role involves active participation in the management team to drive efficiency and quality of care.
Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians on financial and patient satisfaction targets, organizing resources, and maintaining performance within approved limits. A bachelor-level education and OSHA/HIPAA knowledge are preferred.
The Practice Manager has responsibility for overseeing Practice operations in accomplishment of Practice and Duly goals. The Practice Manager ensures work is accomplished in accordance with Duly policies and external government laws and regulations. Seeks opportunities to improve operations and is an active member of the broader management team.
Collaborates with physicians on accomplishing Practice goals: financial targets, quality/patient satisfaction targets. Keeps physicians informed on progress toward goal accomplishment. Communicates with physicians organizational initiatives, policies, and assists them in interpretation and working within organizational parameters.
Organizes/budgets resources (people, equipment, materials) to deliver effective patient care. Reviews Practice site goals and arranges work to accomplish goals. Develops short range targets as indicators toward reaching goals.
Reviews financial and patient outcomes and assures outcomes fall within acceptable pre-determined limits. Trends data and investigates outliers to determine if action is warranted for correction and prevention.
Plans for acquisition, alignment, and engagement of human resources through selection, on-boarding, coaching, appraisal, and development. Seeks to create an environment with emphasis on team work in accomplishing the mission and goals of the Practice and Duly. Appropriately seeks guidance in assistance with human resource concerns.
Assesses the patient experience through various methodologies of collecting information from patients. Tracks complaints and responds to address complaints in a timely manner. Works toward recovering and ensuring the needs of patients are met. Appropriately educates the patient on DMG policies in order to enhance and prevent misunderstandings. Brings issues forward to Directors for resolutions that are based in organizational systems.
Member of the Management Team, representing their Practice to other Duly management associates. May participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees. Representative of Duly in the community at large.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,953.60 - 101,930.40/annually, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
