Anna Jaques Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc., is hiring an Assistant Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a primary care practice. The role focuses on service excellence for patients and families, staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

You will coordinate billing-related activities, prepare routine revenue reports, and support practice operations while collaborating with the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related work experience and 1-3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsabilités

• Supervises support staff involved in clinical and administrative activities.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees work schedules for staff.
• Coordinates coverage for absences, training and vacations.
• Manages time of service, scheduling, referral management, and visit ticket entry.
• Acts as primary staff resource for clinicians regarding charge entry and billing.
• Provides weekly revenue cycle reports to Practice Manager.
