The University of Miami Health System is seeking a Full Time Sr. Practice Manager for the UHealth Campus. The role oversees office and clinic personnel, payroll, and HR processes, ensuring compliance with University policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
• Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
• Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.

• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate a team of approximately 15 staff members, including mentorship and annual performance evaluations.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of supervisory and frontline staff (e.g., CBORs, CBOS).
• Ensure NICE audits are conducted, including data tracking and compliance monitoring of 8,000–10,000 calls per month.
• Direct and align practice management teams to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
• Provide scheduling, diagnostic testing, prior authorizations, DME, medical records, patient relations and training support.
• Maintain 90% call performance standards through cross-coverage and staffing optimization.
• Review and approve Paid Leave Requests for approximately 35 ambulatory providers.
• Develop and manage physician templates across 11 clinic sites; coordinate bronchoscopy scheduling.
