Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
  • 5+ years of office experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years physician practice/healthcare experience.
  • Oncology experience preferred.
  • Mergers and acquisitions experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and staff activities at the office location.
  • Lead financial management, budgeting, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate with clinic leaders, HR, and billing for operations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA and accreditation standards.
  • Manage front-office processes and patient relations.
  • Train and develop leaders; conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
