Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic, including front office, lab and clinical teams. You will provide leadership, staff oversight, training, and development to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with OSHA, QOPI, PQRS, MIPS/MACRA and other regulations.

The role requires coordinating clinical and administrative activities, managing payroll and overtime, overseeing inventory, and leading process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, scheduling and flow of the clinic to ensure safe environment and quality patient care.
• Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the clinical and administrative activities of the clinics.
• Payroll and overtime management.
• Oversee and cover staff time off requests.
• Oversight of inventory and purchasing.
• Annual evaluations and disciplinary processes."
• Attends meetings and conducts monthly staff meetings.
• Communicates information from management to staff at clinic.
