Job summary

Associated Medical Professionals of NY, PLLC is seeking a Manager of Oncology Operations to lead the oncology service line, partnering with physicians, pharmacy, nursing, and leadership to deliver high-quality patient care and scalable programs.

The role oversees oncology navigation, In-Office Dispensing, APCC and ADT clinic operations, bladder and BPH navigation, survivorship initiatives, and specialty medication programs, driving outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Experience in oncology operations, specialty pharmacy, patient navigation, or ambulatory healthcare preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the oncology service line through strategic planning, budget management, quality improvement, regulatory oversight, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee oncology navigation services, ensuring standardized workflows and a seamless patient experience across cancer care continuum.
• Oversee Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic (APCC) operations, PPS reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Early Prostate Cancer/ADT Clinic operations, including hormone therapies and navigator performance.
• Direct Bladder Cancer Navigation, BPH Navigation, and OAB Navigation programs with emphasis on workflow optimization.
• Lead survivorship initiatives and community partnerships; oversee specialty medication programs.
