The role provides strategic direction, manages financial and budgetary oversight, and collaborates with physicians and staff to meet business goals while monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice at a single site. Establish procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Overall operational responsibility for routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure resources and services are used efficiently.
• Oversee business and financial affairs. Review and report on financial performance and key practice indicators.
• Identify Practice/Business Development opportunities to increase market share.
• Interact with physicians and administration to meet business needs and resolve issues.
• Oversight and accountability for Practice Metrics weekly or monthly.

Educación
