Job summary

The Cerity Partners marketing team is seeking a Practice Marketing Coordinator in Chicago to support advisors nationwide. You will manage Asana tasks, track projects, coordinate schedules, and maintain content libraries while collaborating with design, compliance, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in wealth management marketing, CRM operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2–6 years in professional services (financial services, legal, consulting, accounting) or an agency.
• Strong project management and workstream coordination experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail to prevent missed items.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft professional emails and recaps.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Asana management across practice marketing workstreams and keep tasks current.
• Coordinate deliverable timelines across design, digital, compliance, and operations teams.
• Schedule and manage logistics for advisor calls, planning sessions, and Practice Marketing Forum touchpoints.
• Draft routine correspondence and maintain the Marketing Content Library; support onboarding of advisor practices.
• Support external event logistics and email campaign deployment; pull HubSpot and Asana data for reporting.
