Cerity Partners is seeking a Practice Marketing Coordinator to support advisor-facing marketing across Cerity Partners nationwide. Reporting to the Director of Practice Marketing, you will manage day-to-day project workflows in Asana, coordinate meetings, maintain content libraries, and assist with campaign execution.

You'll work closely with marketing managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, accurate reporting, and strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–6 years in professional services or agency environment.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; multi-priority handling.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day Asana management across practice marketing workstreams.
• Maintain trackers and documentation; coordinate timelines with teams.
• Schedule advisor calls, planning sessions, and forum touchpoints.
• Draft routine correspondence and manage content library.
• Support onboarding of advisor practices and ad hoc reporting.
• Coordinate external events and email campaign deployment.
