Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose

The Practice Manager oversees daily clinic operations at an ambulatory site, working under a Practice Administrator. Responsibilities include supervising 15-25 staff, managing patient experience, and supporting financial and administrative activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff onboarding, training, workload, and performance evaluations, ensuring departmental goals are met.
  • Develop and adhere to staffing, revenue, and expense budgets; respond to business changes affecting goals.
  • Address patient complaints, monitor satisfaction metrics, and ensure operational success.
  • Lead staff to foster a cohesive, engaged, and productive work environment; address employee concerns appropriately.
  • Participate in daily huddles and rounding to facilitate patient flow and satisfaction; monitor adherence to procedures and escalate issues as needed.
Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience: Less than 2 years

Preferred Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree
