BJC HealthCare is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee clinic operations in Bridgeton. Role Purpose
The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
