Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations: patient scheduling, billing, and coordination of services.
• Provide quality care and champion quality initiatives with providers and staff.
• Maintain patient/customer focus with satisfaction scores and financial performance.
• Collaborate with leadership, affiliates and suppliers to align communication and programs.
• Lead and manage practice staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
