Charlton Family Medicine in Ballston Lake, NY is seeking a Full-time Practice Manager to lead day-to-day office operations, coordinate patient flow, staffing, billing, and EMR administration. The role oversees value-based care initiatives, staff development, reporting on productivity and outcomes, and ensures compliance with confidentiality and scheduling.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• Nursing degree (RN/LPN) preferred; NYS RN license preferred.
• Five years of medical office experience with supervisor/management experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including patient registration, reception, appointments, referrals, ordering of supplies, and invoicing.
• Manage value-based care initiatives (NCQA PCMH, EPC) to support transformation.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development; produce productivity and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate coding and charge entry while maintaining patient confidentiality.
