Job summary

Charlton Family Medicine is seeking a Full-time Practice Manager in Charlton, NY. This role covers a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, with hours potentially varying to support practice needs.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage value-based care initiatives, coordinate staff development, and ensure accurate coding and payroll processing within a privacy-conscious environment. CCP supports a broad rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• BSN with NYS RN license preferred.
• Five years medical office experience, including three years in supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including patient registration, triage, appointments, referrals, invoicing and purchasing.
• Manage value-based care efforts (NCQA PCMH, EPC) to support practice transformation.
• Coordinate training and staff development; provide productivity reports.
• Ensure accurate coding and charge entry while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Support credentialing and HR processes in collaboration with administration.
