More about the role
- Prioritize and complete all PMO Training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
- Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
- Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
- Participate in Bell Leadership Training every 18-24 months.
- Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus philosophy through monthly synergy meetings, weekly team meetings, and strong morning huddles.
- Focus efforts of the team to support the Doctor in achieving their Top 10 Professional goals.
- Create alignment with the doctor through daily one-on-ones, morning huddles, and weekly touchpoints discussing communication, connection, and support needed.
- Serve as a business partner for the Doctor by collaborating on quarterly and annual financial goals.
- Assist the Doctor in prioritizing, planning, and scheduling Continuing Education (CE) through Doctor Education and Leadership programs.
- Understand the benefits and metrics of DMP and help the Doctor monitor progress.
- Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates (BA, DA, Hygienists) that are an 80% match for the position and practice.
- Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and support proper team selection.
- Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
- Support team members in prioritizing and planning their training through Core Essentials and beyond for growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Trustworthiness; ability to maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
Preferred Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical setting.
- Experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with dental software such as Dentrix.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions, with some travel involved.
- TB test required for all new hires, except in FL & TN.
