This is a Cancer Service Line Senior Practice Manager position for PCAM 4 and PCAM 1. In collaboration with leadership, the Senior Practice Manager provides strategic operational leadership and direction in regards to all administrative, financial, regulatory, quality, human resources, patient/employee satisfaction, and clinical aspects for the following scope:
Ensures management of daily practice operations run efficiently and effectively, including patient scheduling, billing, service coordination, quality care, patient satisfaction, financial goals, staff engagement, process review, regulatory compliance, facility management, and staff management.

General Accountabilities include understanding role contributions, safety, resource management, diversity, safety initiatives, strategic planning, patient care processes, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, change management, financial management, practice operations, recruitment, performance management, staff development, organizational health, workforce planning, and adherence to policies and procedures.
