Responsibilities

The Practice Integration Manager will implement tools to facilitate a successful Integration strategy that promotes the Pediatrix culture and implements consistent company processes, standards, and systems for each new growth opportunity. The Integration Manager will lead, facilitate, and coordinate integration activities for each of the company’s new and unique growth opportunities. Additionally, the Manager will communicate important Integration information to the Growth Team, Regional Operations, and Corporate Departments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Explore, develop, and implement strategies for integrating new growth opportunities.
  2. Ensure effective communication between internal and external customers, fostering trust and facilitating change.
  3. Manage the Integration teams by defining clear assignments, developing standard formats, establishing timelines, and coordinating meetings and communication mechanisms.
  4. Formulate and deliver the Integration framework and plan.
  5. Continuously develop and refine tools, practices, and language for integration.
  6. Develop a systematic process to relay pertinent information between growth opportunity personnel, Divisional Operations, Corporate Departments, and the Growth Team, using feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Guide acquired practices through the organization, helping them understand Pediatrix's culture, processes, and systems.
  8. Monitor progress against goals, ensuring efforts meet or exceed expectations.
  9. Coordinate the gathering of practice-specific information to understand needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
  10. Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure practices operate according to expectations.
  11. Anticipate delays and plan alternative actions.
  12. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  13. Facilitate needs assessments and organize information to foster creative solutions.
  14. Identify requirements, constraints, and assumptions to ensure effective integration.
  15. Communicate responsibilities, deadlines, and status updates throughout the organization.
  16. Maintain documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
  • Two years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Two years of high-level project management experience.
  • Health-care experience preferred.
