Overview

Responsibilities

The Practice Integration Manager will implement tools to facilitate a successful integration strategy that promotes the Pediatrix culture and implements consistent company processes, standards, and systems for each new growth opportunity. The Integration Manager will lead, facilitate, and coordinate integration activities for each of the company’s new and unique growth opportunities. Additionally, the Manager will communicate important integration information to the Growth Team, Regional Operations, and Corporate Departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Exploring, developing, and implementing strategies for integrating new growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring effective communication between internal and external customers to build trust and facilitate change.
  • Managing the integration teams by defining clear assignments, developing standardized formats, establishing timelines, and coordinating meetings and communication mechanisms.
  • Formulating and delivering the integration strategy framework.
  • Developing and refining tools, practices, processes, and language continually.
  • Acting as a liaison to relay information between growth opportunity personnel and various departments, using feedback to adapt the plan.
  • Guiding acquired practices through the integration process, helping them understand Pediatrix's culture, processes, and systems.
  • Monitoring progress against goals to ensure successful integration.
  • Coordinating the collection of practice-specific information to validate needs and executing collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating efforts across departments to ensure practices operate according to expectations.
  • Anticipating delays and planning alternative actions, including risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Facilitating needs assessments and organizing information to foster creative solutions.
  • Identifying requirements and constraints for effective integration.
  • Communicating responsibilities, timelines, and status updates throughout the organization.
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Five (5) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in high-level project management.
  • Preferred: healthcare experience.

  • Effective communication with colleagues, physicians, and management levels.
  • Problem-solving, trend identification, and improvement implementation skills.
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and independent thinking.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
