Job summary

GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a well-established boutique medical practice in the Sandy Springs area. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate physician scheduling, and supervise front office and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include insurance processing, office workflow, and leading monthly staff meetings. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with excellent benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Previous Practice Manager or Medical Office Manager experience.
• Experience with insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative management style.
• Plastic surgery experience highly preferred; dermatology or other specialty medical practice experience also considered.
• QuickBooks and/or Nextech Practice Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized office
• Supervise and support front office and clinical staff
• Coordinate physician scheduling and overall office workflow
• Manage insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
• Lead administrative processes, office procedures, and monthly staff meetings
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
• Help maintain a high-quality patient experience from scheduling through follow-up
