Espire Dental is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager in Fort Collins to lead the business side of the patient journey, streamline scheduling and reception, and elevate the overall patient experience. You will guide a team under the office leader, focusing on efficiency, service quality, and patient happiness.

The role requires 3+ years in a dental office management position, with an associates degree (or bachelor’s with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• 3+ years as office/practice manager in a busy dental setting.
• Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of dental practice operations and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Dentrix/Ascend practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations of the patient journey: scheduling, reception, patient experience, visit completion, and patient return.
• Lead a team of practice staff to deliver a best-in-class dental experience.
