Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic performance, growth, and daily operations. You will own revenue growth, patient experience, coaching, and process improvements while collaborating with regional leadership.

The ideal candidate drives data-led decisions, develops high-performing teams, and creates an environment where patients and staff thrive. Hybrid leadership role with national AMP network access.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L), and operations.
• Strong computer and technical literacy with good problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, organization and data-driven decision making.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule/Availability: Open availability, including weekends. Minimum 40 hours per week.

The Practice Manager will lead the overall performance, growth, and day-to-day operations of the clinic. This is a leadership role responsible for team development, patient experience, business performance, operational excellence, and practice growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership, uses data to drive decisions, develops high-performing teams, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve the business.
The Practice Manager works closely with the Regional Manager and Managing Partner to ensure alignment with the organization and company goals and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Business Performance & Growth

• Own location performance, including revenue growth, patient retention, and operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
• Utilize reporting and business data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Implement best practices and process improvements that enhance efficiency and results.
• Partner with marketing, the Regional Manager and Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop all team members within the practice.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
• Develop future leaders and build a strong, engaged team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the location team and senior leadership.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience from inquiry through retention.
• Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Partner with providers and front desk teams to create a seamless patient journey.
• Develop and execute retention and relationship-building strategies that support long-term patient growth.

Operations & Practice Management

• Maintain a visible leadership presence within the practice.
• Understand and support all aspects of front office operations, including scheduling, patient communication, financing, and retention strategies.
• Lead daily operations and practice flow when business needs require hands-on leadership.
• Ensure operational standards, workflows, and service expectations are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory, facility standards, and operational readiness.
• Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the patient experience.

Requirements & Experience:

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience coming from a background of medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L management), business operations, and performance improvement.
• Strong computer and technical literacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Preferred

• Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, and cosmetic surgery.
• Experience with Zenoti, or a similar industry-specific software.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
