Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking a proactive front desk coordinator for Destination Aesthetics clinics across the United States. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle check-out, and educate patients on services and financing options.

Ideal candidates have medical front desk experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to protect patient privacy while supporting providers and creating a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve as the first point of contact for patients.
• Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth.
• Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards, and review visit summaries.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options.
• Build strong patient relationships to promote loyalty and repeat visits.
• Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach
• Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options
• Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits
• Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies

Requirements & Experience :

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar experience in a client-facing, customer service focused role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
