Kennison & Associates seeks a Practice Manager to support its Intellectual Property Litigation Section. This hybrid role is based in Boston or Washington, DC, and partners with firm leadership to shape the practice's strategic and operational direction.

You will drive process improvements, oversee budgets, and support attorney development and performance initiatives, while delivering data-driven insights and assisting with staffing, recruiting, onboarding, events, and AI/innovation initiatives.

A leading law firm with offices across North America is seeking a Practice Manager to play a key strategic role supporting its highly respected Intellectual Property Litigation Section. This is a high-impact hybrid opportunity based in Boston or Washington, DC.

Partnering closely with firm leadership, you'll help shape the strategic and operational direction of the practice, drive process improvements, oversee budgets, support attorney development and performance initiatives, and provide critical business intelligence and data-driven insights. You'll also play an important role in associate and paralegal staffing, recruiting and onboarding, section events, and emerging AI and innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a large law firm with a background in practice management, professional development, or HR, along with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
