Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

• Analyze financial metrics and performance trends to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee staffing, work allocation, and talent development within the practice group.

• Lead daily operations including budgeting, billing, and internal communications.
• Serve as a liaison with top clients to enhance service delivery and engagement.
