You will drive process improvements, oversee budgets, and support attorney development and performance initiatives, while delivering data-driven insights and assisting with staffing, recruiting, onboarding, events, and AI/innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large law firm with a background in practice management, professional development, or HR.
