Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or Associate's Degree and 4 years experience in office practice environment at a supervisory level required
Work Experience
- 1 year experience working in a medical practice environment with one year experience at a supervisory level required
- 1 year experience of insurance and reimbursement, CPT codes, ICD codes, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance procedures preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a medical practice required

Essential Functions
- Demonstrate the ability to function in an administrative role.
- Develop and manage departmental budget.
- Seek ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses.

- Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs.
- For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.
- Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.
