Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Practice Manager II for the Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital network in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on strategic direction and daily operations, with oversight of finances, staffing, and two or more high-complexity care factors across a physician practice.

You will lead day-to-day operations, partner with staff to optimize efficiency, and ensure high-quality patient care while monitoring performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities across the practice

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice at a single site and establish work procedures to improve efficiency.
Maintain overall operational responsibility for routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure optimal resource utilization and patient care.
Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice and report on financial performance and key indicators.
Identify opportunities to increase practice market share and drive growth.
Interact with physicians and administration to ensure business needs are met and resolve medical or administrative issues.
Oversee and report on practice metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
