St. Luke’s Hospital seeks an experienced operations manager for its Gastroenterology practice site. You will oversee overall practice operations, supervise staff, manage financial performance, and implement strategies to improve patient access, staff engagement, and provider productivity.

The role focuses on maximizing efficiency and revenue, while promoting teamwork and alignment with the hospital’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in a medical office setting, 2 years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of gastroenterology practice operations.
• Supervise personnel and manage financial performance.
• Improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity.
• Develop and implement processes to maximize operational efficiencies and revenues.
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.

Responsible for providing overall management of practice operations for our Gastroenterology practice site of high complexity in compliance with St. Luke’s Medical Group policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required . Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.
