St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a single medical practice. You will assist the manager in daily onsite supervision of front and back-office functions, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include developing processes to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction, promoting teamwork within the healthcare team, and aligning with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical office setting required.
