Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a qualified Practice Operations Manager for our Gastroenterology site of high complexity. You will oversee practice operations, supervise staff, manage financial performance, and implement strategies to improve patient access and productivity.

Education: HS diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years in medical office, 2 years supervisory. Day one benefits and competitive compensation offered.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a medical office setting, 2 years supervisory.
