The manager will lead front office and clinical staff, ensure data accuracy, manage payroll and schedules, and participate in corporate meetings. Travel between centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have administrative enforcement of staff and patient flow.
• Experience with billing, compliance, and quality patient care services is preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, management reports, and performance metrics is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5+ employees and supervise front office and clinical staff.
• Ensure patient data collection and insurance information accuracy prior to visits.
• Monitor collections process and financial reporting.
• Maintain office procedures and schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Travel between care centers within assigned locations/region.
