Job summary

Maryland Primary Care Physicians, LLC (MPCP) is seeking a Practice Manager to assist the Clinical Director in daily operations of outpatient clinical sites. You will manage clinical staff, budget, scheduling, safety, and compliance across office operations to support our patient-centered mission and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare management experience with direct staff supervision.
• Ambulatory care setting experience required; value-based care knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree not required if experience meets criteria; preferred continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and implement site goals, policies, and systems.
• Oversee EMR utilization and system knowledge at the site.
• Develop and monitor site budgets and control expenses within budget.
• Review monthly financial statements and assist with billing workflows.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office staff; manage staff actions.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, fire safety, and lab regulations are followed.
