Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a practice leader to direct administrative and clinical services for assigned practice(s) in a dyad leadership model. You will oversee operations, finances, staffing, and patient access to ensure safe, high-quality care and excellent customer experience.

The position emphasizes budget development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Lead Physicians to drive strategic growth and continuous improvement across Virtua Health network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a medical practice or ambulatory setting.
• Solid knowledge of billing and health insurance guidelines (Medicare and commercial).
• Experience using electronic medical records, scheduling, charging, and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of assigned practice(s) including revenue cycle management and staffing.
• Develops and monitors budgets; explains variances and mitigates negative variances.
• Produces critical reports and supports KPI achievement for access and referrals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and facilitates policy development.
• Manages human resources processes for recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Partners with leadership to improve patient access and optimize the patient experience.
