• Organizes work, meets deadlines, delegates assignments and achieves goals.
• Develops growth strategies with physicians and leadership teams.
• Keeps leadership informed of issues impacting patients, physicians and staff.
• Provides direction to office staff and monitors performance.
• Participates in budget development and monthly variance reporting.
• Facilitates reimbursement analyses and monitors billing processes.
