St. Luke’s Hospital in Dayton, OH, seeks an experienced Practice Operations Manager to lead a new ENT site of high complexity, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and standards.

You will supervise staff, manage financial performance, and implement strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity, while promoting teamwork across the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a medical office setting; 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations for a high-complexity ENT site in compliance with policy.
• Supervise personnel and manage financial performance.
• Improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing overall management of practice operations for a new ENT practice site of high complexity in compliance with St. Luke’s Medical Group policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a medical office setting, 2 years supervisory.
