Job summary

Rock Dental Brands is seeking a Growth Engineer—Office Manager extraordinaire to lead three Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville, FL clinics. You’ll direct daily operations, partner with Regional Manager to meet business goals, and ensure stellar patient service.

You will audit schedules, oversee data entry, manage front-office duties, and supervise clinical priorities. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a multi-clinic dental office.
• CPR-BLS or dental certifications are a plus.
• Experience with orthodontic practice management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the practice; partner with Regional Manager to execute on business objectives.
• Serve as liaison between doctors/providers and staff regarding work assignments and clinical priorities.
• Conduct audits of patient schedules, data entry quality, and patient consultations and financial presentations; manage internal referrals and supply orders.
• Assist front office in presenting post-exam consultations and financing options.
• Partner with Recruiting to identify and hire high-performing candidates.
• Develop team members through training, coaching, and performance documentation.
• Create and manage weekly team schedules and labor costs; support three clinics in Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville, FL.

The Practice Manager at Coastline Orthodontics is the foundation of our success. Through consistent daily monitoring, and weekly reporting, the Practice Manager is Rock Dental Brands’ front-line supervisor and business manager.

In summary: the Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service oriented healthcare practice. The goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld and a dynamic environment is created.

What You’ll Do
