Job summary

Coastline Orthodontics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations across our three clinics. You will partner with the Regional Manager to execute business objectives, supervise front-office and clinical teams, and ensure patient service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 2–3 years of management experience is required.
• Experience in a multi-clinic dental/orthodontic office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Coastline Orthodontics; align with regional objectives.
• Coordinate work between doctors, providers and staff on clinical priorities.
• Conduct audits of schedules, data entry and patient communications.
• Support front-office in post-exam consultations and financing discussions.
• Partner with recruiting to identify, hire top candidates.
• Develop team through coaching, performance documentation, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Create and manage weekly team schedules and labor costs.
• Support three clinics in Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville, FL.
