Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics.
• Drive clinic performance by increasing patient volume, revenue, utilization and satisfaction.
• Manage, coach, and develop clinic teams with accountability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and infection control standards.
• Partner with leadership to enhance operations and patient experience.
• Travel between clinic locations approximately 90% for on-site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations acrossmultiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics, ensuring efficient, high-qualitypatient care.
• Drive clinic performance byimproving patient volume, revenue, utilization, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage, coach, and developclinic teams while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
• Oversee staffing,scheduling, payroll, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor key performanceindicators and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance withHIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and organizational policies.
• Partner with leadership toenhance clinic operations and patient experience.
• Travel regularly betweenclinic locations (approximately 90%) to provide on-site leadership and support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $80,000 – $100,000 +

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years ofleadership experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated successmanaging multi-site operations and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational,communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritizecompeting responsibilities.
• Experience with staffscheduling, payroll administration, and healthcare operational workflows.
• Working knowledge of EMRsystems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough understanding ofHIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards with the ability to ensure ongoingcompliance.
• Medical Assistantcertification or previous clinical experience is preferred.
