Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading teams.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with excellent communication.
• Experience with staff scheduling, payroll, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics.
• Drive clinic performance by increasing patient volume, revenue, utilization and satisfaction.
• Manage, coach, and develop clinic teams with accountability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and infection control standards.
• Partner with leadership to enhance operations and patient experience.
• Travel between clinic locations approximately 90% for on-site leadership.
